Mr Venkateswarlu is Joint managing director of Kaku infra projects Private Limited armed with MBA from Periyar and with diverse experience in software programming-and business migration processes migration from reputed organisations like VMware. Driving towards his passion Mr Venkat entered into real estate from corporate sector, he used every strength that he brought from the corporate sector to include in this industry. In just few years he grabbed great knowledge in real estate and also became well versed in this market.Mr Venkat stands as icons of punctuality commitment and his unique style of management at kaku infra fraternity.
Mr. Y R C Reddy (ED)
Started his journey as builder on non native land (Chennai) with core ideology to provide quality housing for the clients , he founded SRM Constructions. He quickly adopted to the language and culture to provide finest housing.
Being a man of his word, he documented every process as an evidence such that the whole process is transparent and the client can know and invest with ease. His exemplary behaviour not only impressed clients but made them accept him as a part of their family.
Continuing this single handedly for 14 years, completing almost 20 projects with highly satisfied clients was definitely a challenge which he excelled with ease.
