Mr. Venkateswarlu, the Joint Managing Director of Kaku Infra Developers, holds an MBA from Periyar University and brings with him a diverse background in software programming and business process migration from reputed organizations such as VMware. Guided by his passion and entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. Venkateswarlu transitioned from the corporate sector into real estate, applying his strategic mindset, process-oriented approach, and leadership skills to the industry.

Mr. Y R C REDDY began his journey as a builder in Chennai, a non-native land, with a clear vision to deliver quality housing and earn client trust. As the founder of SRM Constructions, he quickly adapted to the local culture and language, ensuring seamless collaboration and satisfaction.
